Our hams are made with great care and only from the best ingredients to ensure an authentic taste. Our hams mature for at least 3 months, some for as long as 9 months. A lot of weight is lost through drying. One kilo quickly becomes just 600g. This naturally also affects the selling price. The ham is delivered vacuum-packed, regardless of the weight unit.
The ham can be kept without vacuum-packing for up to 6 months, but continues to lose weight and become drier. Vacuum-packed in portions for up to a year.
