Mozarella Cheese
Our homemade mozzarella is perfect for both hot and cold original dishes, whether in baked pasta for a spicy touch, in your quiche, in omelettes or sandwiches, combined with ham or salami. However you use it, our mozzarella will give your palate an explosive taste of fresh milk and cream.
Mozzarella has a smooth, closed surface. The cheese dough is white to slightly yellowish, has a fibrous structure and is soft to elastic. Cheese in stick form can also be a little firmer in the dough. The smell is typical of milk, the taste is neutral to mildly sour.
