Slices of cooked ham (homemade) are fried in a pan, put it on a big slice of sour dough bread (homemade) then put slices of cheddar cheese on top. Put the bread in a pan and close the pan, for smelting the cheese. At last, fry a egg and put in on top of the crispy panbread, bon apetite.
