Our hams are made with great care and only from the best ingredients to ensure an authentic taste. Our hams mature for at least 3 months, some for as long as 9 months. A lot of weight is lost during the drying process. One kilo quickly becomes just 600 g. This of course also affects the selling price. The ham is delivered shrink-wrapped, regardless of the weight unit.
 The ham will last up to 6 months without being vacuum-packed, but will continue to lose weight and become drier. Vacuum-packed in portions, it will last up to a year.
